   For further instructions on how to get there please refer to the back of your MRI/CT requisition form.
   
   
2. Our office faxes your insurance and demographic information to Radiology and they authorize the MRI or CT with your insurance.
   
   
3. Once authorized, St. Mary’s Radiology will call you to make an appointment. Please make sure we have the most accurate contact number so they are able to contact you.
   
   
4. Please bring your requisition form with you to your appointment.
   
   
5. Once you have had your MRI/CT completed, the films will be couriered to our office and we will call you to make a follow-up appointment after the films have been read by the doctor. This process may take 1-2 weeks.
